At Christmas time many of the families that Abercare supports experience financial hardship, stress and isolation. To lighten this load Abercare runs a toy appeal each year so that Children can receive a gift on Christmas day.
Abercare, the family services division of Baptcare, provides support for disadvantaged children and families living in the Northern and Western suburbs of Melbourne through foster care, disability care and other family support services.

A range of gifts are available for varying ages, genders and interest have been individually selected by staff to suit the children they care for.
Once you have purchased a gift it will be delivered directly to Abercare to be passed onto disadvantaged children in time for Christmas. Closer to Christmas you will receive a certificate of appreciation and receipt to acknowledge your gift and confirm its delivery.
